SHIPPING
Products are shipped out from Singapore. All shipments are made through our reliable courier company DHL. All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days of your order (excluding shipping duration). You will be notified via email should there be any delay or updates beyond this time frame.
EXCHANGE
Request for exchange must be received within 21 business days and must be returned in a brand new condition with its original packaging. Sale or Clearance items will not be eligible for exchange and refund.
